Dooty is a task tracking app that allows you to:
Join Groups: Groups are moderated by the creators and their admins. Dooty is not responsible for your behavior and actions within the group unless it violates these Terms.
Complete Tasks: Track and complete tasks. Tasks are created and managed by group creators and admins. Dooty is not responsible for approving completed tasks.
Redeem Rewards: Redeem rewards for completed tasks.
Chat with Other Users: Communicate with other users through the in-app messaging system.
You agree to use dooty solely for lawful purposes and not to engage in any behavior that may harm, disable, overburden, or impair the App. You are prohibited from using the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
Dooty offers both monthly and annual subscription plans that provide additional features and benefits. Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe.
3.1 Subscription Fees
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee, which will be billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. The subscription fee is subject to change, and we will notify you in advance if the fee changes.
3.2 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new users or specific promotional offers. After the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your subscription unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
3.3 Payment and Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe, and you agree to provide accurate payment information when subscribing to a plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis.
3.4 Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's subscription management portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
We do not offer refunds for any payments already made, except as required by applicable law.
3.5 Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless canceled before the renewal date.
Dooty allows users to earn rewards for completing tasks. These rewards are created and managed by group creators and admins. Dooty is not responsible and obligated to fulfill rewards.
By using the App, you may create, share, or upload content, such as messages, tasks, photos, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the App.
You agree not to submit any content that violates any laws, infringes the rights of others, or is offensive, harmful, or defamatory.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using dooty, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the App will be revoked, and you will not be entitled to any refunds for unused subscription periods.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, including, but not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dooty, its affiliates, and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
